En esta publicación, demostraré un script realmente interesante que desarrollé y que tiene como objetivo generar scripts SQL para realizar copias de seguridad (ingeniería inversa) de permisos, usuarios, inicios de sesión y roles de una instancia en SQL Server.
Este script fue diseñado para ser utilizado en migraciones de instancias, ya sea a un nuevo servidor o para actualizar la versión de su instancia de SQL Server, de una manera práctica y fácil de usar. Utilizando el procedimiento almacenado a continuación, es posible generar comandos SQL para realizar las siguientes tareas:
- Script para realizar una copia de seguridad de la creación de inicio de sesión (autenticación de Windows AD y SQL Server)
- Script para respaldar los permisos de inicio de sesión de la instancia (permisos a nivel de servidor)
- Script para hacer una copia de seguridad de los permisos de inicio de sesión en roles de instancia (permisos de roles de servidor)
- Script para respaldar la creación de usuarios en bases de datos (CON y SIN inicio de sesión)
- Script para hacer una copia de seguridad de los permisos de inicio de sesión de la base de datos (permisos a nivel de base de datos)
- Script para realizar copias de seguridad de los permisos de inicio de sesión en roles de base de datos (permisos de roles de base de datos)
Como requisitos previos para utilizar stpExporta_Logins, necesitará:
- Un usuario con permiso de administrador de sistemas para ejecutar el procedimiento almacenado
- Crear el procedimiento almacenado stpWrite_File_FSO, disponible en la publicación Operaciones de archivos usando OLE Automation en SQL Server.
el guión de stpExporta_Logins, que presentaré en esta publicación, se inspiró en el procedimiento almacenado en la publicación SQL Server: cómo copiar/replicar los permisos de un usuario, donde el procedimiento de este post tiene como objetivo generar archivos SQL para replicar permisos a otro entorno, mientras que el script del otro post tiene como objetivo copiar permisos de un usuario a otro en la misma instancia y por lo tanto, no tiene varias validaciones y comprobaciones, como la creación de inicios de sesión.
Código fuente del Procedimiento stpExporta_Logins
Para realizar todas las tareas fácilmente, simplemente ejecute el código fuente a continuación y cree stpExporta_Logins en una base de datos de su elección.
Este procedimiento almacenado utiliza SP stpWrite_File_FSO escribir los archivos físicamente en el disco, lo que requiere el recurso 'Procedimientos de automatización antiguos' está habilitado en la instancia.
Sin embargo, no necesita preocuparse por esta parte porque el SP tiene un control de que, si esta característica no está activada en la instancia, el propio SP la activará durante la ejecución y la desactivará después de que se generen los archivos, manteniendo esta configuración igual que antes de ejecutar el Procedimiento.
