Hey guys!
How are you?

In this article, I would like to share with you the FREE materials that I used to study and PASS the “AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions” certification exam.

Candidates for this exam must have knowledge of building hybrid and cloud solutions running on Microsoft Azure, including compute, networking, storage, monitoring, and security.

Responsibilities assigned to the role include consulting with stakeholders and transforming business requirements into designs for secure, scalable, and reliable Azure solutions.

An Azure Solutions Architect works closely with developers, administrators, and other roles responsible for implementing solutions in Azure.

The candidate for this exam must have advanced IT experience and knowledge, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management, budgeting, and governance. A professional in this role must manage how decisions in each area affect an overall solution. Additionally, you must have experience in Azure administration and development, as well as DevOps processes.

AZ-305 exam Learning Path: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

Below I will make available the link to Microsoft's official learning path.

And if you want to test yourself and do some official simulations from Microsoft itself, click this link here.

Be VERY careful when looking for simulations for certification tests, as there are several websites and people sharing the REAL questions on the test as if they were simulations, making you cheat on the test, even if unconsciously. To learn more about this subject, read the article Certification test simulations? GET AWAY FROM THEM!.

Material created by Dirceu Resende

During my studies, I created a summary of the material from this test (which is quite extensive), to help me understand the concepts and learn better. It's not the best summary in the world, but a good part of the test content is there 🙂

It is worth remembering that the chapters “Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework” and “Cloud Adoption Framework” are very important for learning, but in my test there were no questions asked about these two topics.
